Residencia Boracay's History

Located at Station 1 of White Beach, Residencia Boracay was built on April 2008. It offers numerous accommodations from Superior Rooms which are the basic rooms to De Luxe Select and Super De Luxe rooms which are the premiere rooms that have private verandas with beachfront views. Construction of the main Residencia building fronting the beach was finished in April 2009. It has two (2) Super De Luxe rooms, two (2) De Luxe Select rooms, fourteen (14) De Luxe rooms, and five (5) Superior rooms.

Our Location - Station 1 Beachfront

The Beachfront Hotel is designed to provide a relaxing retreat away from the crowds of Boracay White Beach. Located in the northern part of the 8 km long Boracay White Beach which is the most relaxing and quiet part of Boracay known as "Station 1". Station 1 is also known for its finer sand and wider beach area. The Hotel is privately-owned with a fully-secured guarded beach front resort.

Residencia Boracay Hotel in Station 1 is designed to provide a relaxing retreat away from the crowds of Boracay White Beach. All of our rooms are air-conditioned, with cable LED TV's, personal refrigerator, and hot/cold water shower. Daily breakfast is included for adults.
